Mainland UK includes England, except Scilly Isles, Chanel Isles and Isle Of Wight. All of Wales. Scotland up to Glasgow/Edinburgh and including the coastal strip up through Dundee, Aberdeen and Peterhead.

Standard Delivery, Free- £2.99 (Royal Mail First Class, Standard Courier)

This level of service means we will ship your order within 1-3 working days of recieving it, 90% of orders are shipped either on the same day, or the following day, however if your order is urgent we would advise using our Express Delivery Service which will ensure your order is priority picked and shipped sooner. We will ship your order by either Royal Mail 1st Class, or on a 2 day courier service, the method used will be confirmed by email, as will any tracking number. Overall delivery should normally take 3-4 working days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timescale for this level of service.

Shipping for this service is only £2.99, however if your order is over £40, but under 2kg we will give you FREE shipping. Your shipping costs will be confirmed before you checkout.

For orders under £25 in value we do not normally require a signature, however if you would like to upgrade to the Royal Mail signed for service you can at the extra cost of £0.76.

Express Delivery, £4.99 (Royal Mail Special Delivery, Express Courier)

Express shipping means we will ship your order on the same working day if it is recieved before 3pm, or the next working day if recieved after 3pm. We will ship your order by either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by overnight courier. Overall delivery is 1-2 working days depending on when you place your order

United Kingdom (Northern Ireland), United Kingdom (Highlands and Islands), United Kingdom (Channel Islands)
This includes Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland, Onshore Islands of Scotland, Jersey and Geurnsey and the Scilly Isles. We can deliver to Scottish offshore Isles and the Minor Channel Islands, however these orders are subject to a surcharge of £15 per consignment, we will contact you to confirm that this is acceptable and to take the extra payment.

Express Delivery (Cost is Weight Dependant, and can be seen in the Basket and Checkout)

This is an express service, but not necessarily next day, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for packages upto 10kg, and a courier service for heavier items. The cost of this service is based on the weight of the Package, this is calculated in the basket and adviced to you in the basket and during the checkout process. We will ship your order on the same working day if it is recieved before 3pm, or the next working day if recieved after 3pm. Overall Delivery is 2-3 days.

Our estimated dispatch date is based on using an Express Delivery Method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Express Courier. If a non-express delivery method is chosen, dispatch maybe delayed by 1 or 2 days depending on how busy we are. Delivery Dates as shown on our website are estimates only, while we will do our best to fulfill these dates, this is not always possible. We always prioritise picking for orders placed by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Express Courier.

Saturday Delivery (United Kingdon (Mainland) Only) £19.55

Saturday Delivery guarantees delivery on the Saturday Morning following the day that you place your order. This level of service is only available to the UK mainland, excluding the highlands.

International Shipping

We ship to most worldwide destinations. Shipping is either by Airmail, or by International Courier. The shipping cost is dependant on the weight of your order. You can change the shipping destination in the Shopping Basket and the basket will then give an indication of the shipping cost. Delivery dates for international shipping are estimates only!

If you do not see your destination listed please drop us an email, altough please note that we no longer ship to Pakistan, India, Nigeria or any African Country other than South Africa due to large numbers of fraudulent orders from these countries. Please note the Hong Kong is a seperate destination to China, please select Hong Kong not China.

Christmas and New Year arrangements 2008/09

For Standard Delivery please order before 3pm on Fri 19th December, we will do out best to ensure that orders are shipped and will arrive before Christmas, however we advice that you should probably use our Express Service to Guarantee Delivery.

For Express Delivery please order before 2pm on the 23rd December, we will ship your order on the 23rd and it should be delivered on the24th.

We will be opening between Christmas and New Year so orders will be shipped and any Express Orders will be shipped for Express Delivery subject to the various bank holidays.We are unable to ship orders on either the 31st december or the 2nd Jan due to both our Couriers and Royal Mail refusing to collect on these dates, we apologise for their lazyness. (And they wonder why they are not making any money?)
