The standard large size are the best pants i have found so far, and i have tried loads.
I am not obese but have put on some weight due to being in a wheelchair. I normally buy large or extra-large depending on the make and they are either too tight to pull on propely or so loose in the leg that they leak.
these are a fabulous fit and so comfortable. No huge bulky bit between the thighs and no rashes caused either.

These adult nappies offer a great balance between comfort, convenience and protection.They are thin and relatively noise free and so very discrete. Being pull ups adds extra convenience though they are not easy to tear so can be a hassle to remove quickly.Graham B

I buy these pants for my mother-in-law, after trying all makes and brands these are most definately the best for her. Many are just not large enough. They are far easier for her to use than pads as she has limited movement in her arms.Wendy

Comfortable to wear and despite a rating of 367ml working capacity, coped surprisingly well. Absorbption wasn't as good as the Depends men and I found if I wanted to go out shopping or away from the house they really needed an additional pad inside. My main complaint would be changing them. I have arthritis in my fingers and found tearing the sides down to change them very difficult. At times it was easier to either use scissors or to strip and pull them off, neither of these are ideal especially in a public toilet, disabled or not.Kelvin Clarke
