These pads take the form of a pouch into which the male organ is slipped. This makes them small and very discrete. Unfortunately, any activity at all (even getting out of a car) means that there is a tendency for the organ to slip out again, leaving you completely unprotected. This has happened to me on each occasion I've tried them and resulted in wet underpants. There is the added difficulty that it is difficult to remove and replace the organ for routine urination. The use of the word active in the product name is a misnomer. I cannot recommend them.Bob
