- Skin must be clean and dry.

- Hold the mitt against the skin and rub gently in a circular motion, 4 times in one direction and then 4 times in the opposite direction.

- Do rub gently. Do rub in a circular direction. Do not rub up and down. Any fine dust that appears is a result of exfoliation.

- When finished apply a cool damp towel to the legs, then use a moisturiser.

- Wipe the mitt when finished ready for use the next time. Silkymit may be reused again and again.
