Germoloids Cream provides fast and effective relief from haemorrhoids. It contains active ingredients to help reduce the painful swelling of piles, whilst soothing the itching and irritation, plus a local anaesthetic for effective relief from pain.

Usage Instructions: -

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application. Keep the tube of ointment, including the cap and nozzle, scrupulously clean.

For external Haemorrhoids apply ointment directly onto affected area around the back passage. For internal haemorrhoids apply nozzle and gently insert into back passage.

Gently squeeze the tube whilst slowly withdrawing the nozzle so that the ointment moves gently up the back passage.

Do not use more than 4 times in any 24 hour period.

Not recommended for children under 12 years

Ingredients: -

Zinc Oxide Ph Eur 6.6%, and Lidocaine Hydrochloride Ph Eur 0.7%.

Also contains yellow soft paraffin, anhydrous lanolin, methyl salicylate, propylene glycol and menthol.

What Do The Active Ingredient Do?

Zinc oxide is an astringent which helps to soothe and protect the area around the back passage from damage whilst also serving as an antiseptic.

Lodocaine is a local anaesthetic which helps to soothe swelling, pain, irritation whilst the ointment base acts as a lubricant to help the passing of stools and reduce straining.
