This is an excellent product. My Husband used to use the ordinary Just for Men but it made his hair too dark and it was obvious that he had just coloured it. This however is much more subtle and looks far more natural. It is so easy to use although he does leave it on longer than the 5 minutes in the instructions and it is advisable to use a shampoo that retains the colour of dyed hair. His hair is very coarse and does not take colour too easily, so he probably has to use this more often than normal to maintain the shade.Mary
