These are very good to use if your incontinent/disabled these have very good protection and are noise free.Michael
Found these to be very good. They are very absorbent. They were worn overnight (with plastic knickers - just in case) but experienced no leakage. Will definitely continue to use.Davd

Only criticism is that the filling tends to form into balls of cotton and sink to the lowest point when wet.

I'm sorry but my mother doesn't like this product at all. She prefers a pants style of product. I didn't find it easy to fit onto Mum. Unfortunately it ended in a wet bed! So, we've only used one from the pack.Jaki Burns
I was not very impressed with these with the new side panels. The tabs have come apart from the back panel each time or the tabs have ripped from the front, making them fall off! Iwon't be buying these again, although i will continue to buy from BlushingBuyer as the service is second to none!Rebecca
