It is an excellent product. I was embarrassed most of my life because of inverted nipples. Then in my early thirties I discovered Avent Niplette, until then plastic surgery was the only option, which i did not want.Anon

The price is considered pretty scary by a lot of people, but is infinitely cheaper in comparison to surgery. I'm not pregnant but have had inverted nipples since birth and found this hugely embarrassing for much of my life. The niplette DOES WORK, however persistence is really the key as even a day or two of 'rest' in the early stages sends the nipples 'homewards' again. 8 hours a day + some baby lotion = everted nipples! :) It's crazy to think that a little thimble-like device could work, but it does. Just don't try to wear it during the daytime or whenever you're planning on doing something active. The niplette can be jarred and 'fall off' relatively easily, so wearing it is definitely a 'reading on the couch' or 'light cleaning around the house' kind of thing!Anon

This is a great product and recommended to all, has got rid of the embarrassing inverted nipple issue, so easy to use and easy to wear!Julia
