I have used Aveeno Body Wash now for some years and have found it most beneficial for Psoriasis - my condition is improving very considerably (though not 'miracle' fast !). I would recommend it to anyone who has this condition - I find that using it daily in the shower avoids the need to use prescribed creams and I no longer use any other form of treatment.Cyril Smith
