This is a good product to get rid of spots, however due to its consitency its hard to get just the right amount on each spot which is quite annoying, especially when you're in a rush. It has 2.5% benzyl peroxide, which is just about strong enough for normal skins but if your skin gets greasy and your spots are bad then it may not be enough. One last thing, benzyl peroxide is a bleaching agent, so don't get it on your clothes or bed sheets!A.Allison
